Great question! Everything in the Trifecta Box comes directly from farmers’ in British Columbia Canada - in the Metro Vancouver region. We list the farms we support directly on our website. We pick up the produce on the day of and we even sort all the produce at one of the farms. You will never have to guess where the produce came from as we are completely transparent about this. Everything is 100% Canadian grown.

For the 2024 season the Trifecta Box cost $600 for 8 dates. The dates ran every other week from June to September. You received between $65 to $75 worth of local produce per box.

It really depends on how many people in your house love to eat vegetables and fruits. For 2 adults the Trifecta Box will supplement your meals for about a week.

It ranges over the summer season! At the beginning there will be greens and berries and as the summer continues we will delve more into root veggies and tree fruits.

We can help with that! Along with your Trifecta Box we will provide you with a tailored plan to preserve each item in the box. That way if you don’t eat all of it you can process it and eat it later!

Yes! We deliver to Maple Ridge/Pitt Meadows/Port Coquitlam and some parts of Coquitlam for an additional fee.

The Trifecta Box includes 8 dates of box pick up or delivery. This year we are creating a 10 date window so you can pick and choose which 8 dates in that time period you can pick up from. If you need a bit more flexibility we can sometimes hold your box over the weekend or you can get a friend to pick up!

Trifecta Box dates run every other week from late June to early October. You can pick up from Abernethy Farm on Fridays or arrange pick up with our team.
